Essential Duties
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Facilitate logistics for leadership engagements.
- Support firmwide initiatives and leadership projects by preparing materials, managing communications, and ensuring follow-through on action items.
- Ensure accurate financial records through QuickBooks and approved manual processes.
- Manage write-up work, bank reconciliations, and payables processing across a portfolio of related entities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience
- Experienced user of Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Accounting background with QuickBooks experience
- Able to handle sensitive financial information with discretion
- Able to work overtime as needed
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Able to get along well with diverse personalities; tactful, mature, and flexible
- Able to operate independently and self-manage projects
- Able to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
- Sound administrative skills
- Well-developed management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
