Executive Compensation Senior Associate or Counsel
About the role
The ideal candidate will have at least six years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits matters, including public company executive compensation disclosures, employee benefits aspects of M&A and private equity transactions, tax-qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, executive employment and severance arrangements, and equity and non-equity incentive plans.

Requirements
Base Compensation: $270,000 - $410,000 / year
The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
