What You'll Do
- Advising clients on a range of executive compensation and employee benefits matters
- Serving as support for work involving equity plans, executive employment arrangements, and compensatory partnership interests
- Aiding in ESOP transactions and their related structuring
- Engaging in a variety of corporate and transactional matters that involve compensation and benefits considerations
- Collaborating with partners and clients on complex, high-value engagements
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of legal experience in transaction work (experience in executive compensation, employee benefits, or related areas preferred)
- Exposure to equity compensation, ESOPs, or executive arrangements is a plus, but not required
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills
- Interest in developing deep expertise in executive compensation and employee benefits
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
