About the Role
In this role, you will help business owners transform into business leaders by applying EntreLeadership principles. You’ll guide and equip leaders through coaching, using proven tools and strategies to foster growth in character and competence. This position requires a passion for helping others succeed, with a focus on clarity, empathy, and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with business owners via Zoom
- Manage and maintain a roster of 20–30 clients at a time
- Sell and facilitate on-site workshops
- Collaborate with a coaching team to serve clients and refine your skills
- Use tools such as 360 assessments to provide actionable feedback
- Travel as needed to serve clients and represent EntreLeadership
Requirements
- Alignment with Ramsey Solutions’ Core Values and daily demonstration of them
- Completion of an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accredited Coach Training Program or equivalent
- ICF Certification (held or actively pursuing)
- At least 1+ year of coaching experience or 100+ hours of one-on-one coaching
- Strong active listening skills to foster client insights and change
- Experience facilitating workshops and presenting content in person, in groups, or on camera

Pay
Targeted annual compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 (includes base and commission). Range depends on skill level, experience, and performance-based commission.
Schedule
On-site at Ramsey Solutions Headquarters in Franklin, TN, with flexible schedules available to accommodate personal needs. Relocation assistance is offered.
