Responsibilities

• Leadership development and communication skills coaching
• Guidance on decision making and team management
• Support with strategic planning, strategy, succession planning, and board relations
• Mentorship in AI fundamentals, AI strategy, and AI automation

Requirements

• Hands-on executive leadership or C-suite experience
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience
• A clear, structured approach to helping leaders navigate complex organizational challenges

Qualifications

• Experience working with senior leaders and executives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide strategic guidance and support
