- A strategic thinker who can spot opportunities for growth, identify operational and financial bottlenecks, and help business owners make smarter, data-informed decisions.
- AI-forward, leverage-minded operator: demonstrated ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve preparation, insight generation, and client outcomes.

- Excellent communication skills - you can translate complex ideas into clear action, whether in conversation, writing, or documentation.
- A natural coach and mentor, eager to share lessons learned, best practices, and battle-tested frameworks with others.

- A positive, solutions-oriented attitude - you own your impact and know how to adjust on the fly when things don’t go as planned.
- Proven operator-first senior leader: You’ve held senior operations/executive leadership roles with full-business ownership - including leading large downlines and direct P&L responsibility and can clearly point to outcomes you drove in that capacity.
