Executive Client Success Manager, Retail Pharmacy Partnerships
Job Summary
The Executive Client Success Manager for Retail Partnerships will manage key PSAO and GPO relationships, positioning the role to manage a portfolio and carry quota for revenue expansion. This role will successfully collaborate with internal stakeholders to align around the business strategy as well as timelines and expectations for technology integration.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Client Retention & Relationship Management: Responsible for leading and managing key aspects of servicing and retaining clients. Ensures appropriate levels of service and operational support to clients by understanding and championing for clients’ needs and requirements. Leads regular client calls and presents MBR/QBRs.
Client Program Management: Supports client onboarding activities, policy creation and modification. Communicates client program performance, helps inform strategy. Leads CMS report communication with clients and CMS application review. Oversees change request submissions.
Data Management: Oversees the management of data for client accounts. Collaborates with internal teams to ensure appropriate updating, changing, discontinuing, mapping and validating of client data.
Sales Growth: Drives revenue and margin growth with clients through relationship building and consultative selling. Develops and executes client growth strategy and business plan. Renewals & Contract Execution: Manages contracting process for renewals, expansions and upsells. Facilitates contract negotiations and execution for contract renewals and new sold programs. Manages annual contract renewals and forecasting.
Pricing, Proposals & RFP’s: Facilitates internal pricing and proposal process for new sales opportunities for assigned clients. Leads RFP (request for proposal) and RFI (request for information) responses and presentation.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS: Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects. Works on complex projects of large scope. Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives. Ability to work independently with little direction from leadership. Act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues. Strong communication skills.
Education & Experience Requirements: Minimum years of work experience: 5 years. Minimum level of education or education/experience: Licensed Pharmacist. 2 years training experience. Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development and strategic alliances.
