We are seeking a motivated Enterprise Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Achieving sales targets
- Working closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth
- Managing and overseeing sales activities within the region of MI, OH, W-VA, W-PA, W-NY
- Consistently achieving individual sales quotas with accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Developing and refining territory business plans using sales data and strategic account planning tools like Gold Sheets and the Sandler "Cookbook" method
- Leading contract negotiations and ensuring a seamless transition of new customers to the Customer Success team
- Cultivating long-term customer relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and up-sell opportunities
- Alligning customer needs with tailored product solutions, turning pain points into business value
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive strategic growth
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting on sales activity, forecasts, and outcomes
- Representing the company at industry events and continuously building your sales expertise
- Traveling 50–60% for client meetings, trade shows, and team events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience in a related field
- 4-6 years’ field sales experience working within the US Hospital and Health System marketplace
- Demonstrate a broad and deep knowledge of revenue cycle and/or pharmacy technology (HC/RC/RI/Rx/Sx/Dx)
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospects, internal stakeholders, and team members
- Strong understanding of Sales Methodology, Sales Process, and techniques
- Proficiency in using research tools and techniques to identify potential leads
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and trends
- Effectively handle rejection, keep going, and maintain a positive attitude
- Demonstrates sales track record, new sales track record & quota attainment
- Demonstrable success in new business development and lead qualification
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Teams, NetSuite, Seismic, and CoPilot for Sales
- Familiarity with sales-oriented lead generation, workflow, and management software
- Demonstrate a broad and deep knowledge of the company’s software, applications and services
