Why You’ll Love This Role
3+ years of progressive experience in a senior culinary leadership role (casual dining preferred)
Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
Proven ability to train, lead, and inspire a team
Strong planning, organization, and financial management skills
Proficiency with technology (inventory systems, menu costing tools, MS Office)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in high heat/humidity environments
Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
