Responsibilities

• Lead a full scratch kitchen as an Executive Chef, ensuring flawless execution of dishes in a timely manner.
• Develop and curate seasonally driven, guest-focused menus.
• Manage fixed food, labor, and product costs to maintain profitability.
• Foster strong relationships with staff, guests, and residents.
• Leverage next-generation kitchen technology to enhance culinary solutions.
• Create a flexible, contemporary work environment that encourages growth and collaboration.
• Uphold the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hospitality.

Requirements

• Experience leading a full scratch kitchen as an Executive Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Executive Sous Chef.
• Proven ability to craft seasonally curated and guest-focused menus.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on developing and mentoring kitchen staff.
• Passion for service, hospitality, and creating exceptional food experiences.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and health screening tests (including physical and TB tests).
• Willingness to comply with health and safety protocols, including vaccinations, daily screenings, and PPE usage as required.

Pay

Annual pay range: $79,310 - $89,077, depending on experience.
