Responsibilities
- Lead a full scratch kitchen as an Executive Chef, ensuring flawless execution of dishes in a timely manner.
- Develop and curate seasonally driven, guest-focused menus.
- Manage fixed food, labor, and product costs to maintain profitability.
- Foster strong relationships with staff, guests, and residents.
- Leverage next-generation kitchen technology to enhance culinary solutions.
- Create a flexible, contemporary work environment that encourages growth and collaboration.
- Uphold the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hospitality.
Requirements
- Experience leading a full scratch kitchen as an Executive Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Executive Sous Chef.
- Proven ability to craft seasonally curated and guest-focused menus.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on developing and mentoring kitchen staff.
- Passion for service, hospitality, and creating exceptional food experiences.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and health screening tests (including physical and TB tests).
- Willingness to comply with health and safety protocols, including vaccinations, daily screenings, and PPE usage as required.

Pay
Annual pay range: $79,310 - $89,077, depending on experience.
