Executive Chef

Touchmark on Saddle Drive is looking for an Executive Chef who thrives on culinary creativity, someone ready to lead a full restaurant kitchen and craft fine-dining experiences that delight our residents every day. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
• At least five years' experience as a food services director, manager, or chef with leadership responsibilities in a similar environment, with demonstrated success in running a profitable kitchen and managing a team of kitchen staff
• Knowledgeable in the use of computers, including MS Excel and Outlook
• Possess a valid food handler's card, and be willing to obtain First Aid/CPR certification
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds and stay on your feet for long periods
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness procedures
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with residents, family members, visitors, and team members

Schedule

Varied based on community need, including occasional weekends and holidays.

Pay

Minimum $60,000 annual salary.
