You’ll lead the culinary vision, culture, and performance of our high-volume kitchen operation. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of the dishes that made Hell’s Kitchen famous while driving innovation, developing future leaders, and ensuring the business remains healthy and profitable.
