Opportunity

Montera is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support our executive leadership team. This role serves as a trusted strategic partner to multiple senior leaders, maximizing their effectiveness through exceptional calendar management, communication, meeting preparation, travel planning, operational coordination, and executive support.

Requirements

  • Serve as a trusted partner to the executive leadership team, providing proactive support that enables leaders to operate at their highest level.
  • Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and priorities across multiple time zones.
  • Cook up executive priorities, operating rhythms, action items, and key initiatives to drive alignment and execution.
  • Own Executive travel and expense budget ensuring that all annual planning and ad-hoc events are within company policies and budgets.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and executive communications for internal and external meetings.
  • Track meeting decisions, follow-ups, and executive commitments to ensure accountability.
  • Coordinate all booking for domestic travel, including but not limited to: flights, hotels, itineraries, and all associated executive expense reporting.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support special projects, interview coordination, onboarding, and other strategic business initiatives across the business.
  • Continuously improve administrative processes, workflows, and business operations through a scalable, efficiency-focused approach while maintaining strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Prepares executive briefing documents in advance of all critical external meetings: prep includes list of attendees, key points and coordination across teams to get a briefing document.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, founders, or executive leadership teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience as an Executive Business Partner, Chief of Staff, or in a similar strategic support role preferred.
  • Experience within a private equity-backed organization, high-growth company, management consulting, or military leadership environment is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to support multiple executives while managing competing priorities and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong business judgment, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle highly confidential information.
  • Advanced experience managing complex calendars, executive travel, and scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and modern collaboration tools.
  • Ability to anticipate executive needs, influence without authority, and build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership within technology, digital infrastructure, construction, engineering, or other private equity-backed organizations is preferred.
