Executive Benefits Specialist
What The Day Will Look Like
As an Executive Benefits Specialist, you will support the day-to-day administration of nonqualified deferred compensation (NQDC) plans and corporate owned life insurance (COLI) programs. You will work closely with plan participants, clients, and internal teams to deliver accurate and timely service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage plan administration activities, including annual enrollments and participant communications
- Serve as a primary contact for participants, responding to inquiries and processing plan transactions
- Maintain plan documentation and ensure records are accurate and up to date
- Perform data audits and prepare client reports using databases and Excel
- Deliver high-quality, accurate work across multiple client engagements
- Build effective working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Support revenue forecasting and reconciliation activities
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementing solutions
- Follow established procedures to ensure quality, consistency, and cost control
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- 2–5 years of professional experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to quickly build advanced skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Exposure
- To life insurance or NQDC plan administration
- Experience using Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, FILTER, SORT, and date functions
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $50,000 - $65,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
