About the Role

Act as a connecting link between the Team Leader, junior physiotherapists, and patients. Monitor care delivery and provide necessary consultations, including teleconsults and home-based care. Lead, influence, and motivate staff while supervising junior team members and overseeing their development through training and joint working.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate better patient recovery by providing goal-based care to improve outcomes.
• Supervise and establish protocols for junior physiotherapists, maintaining records, progress reports, and patient assessments.
• Participate in clinical decision-making and goal-setting for patients, monitoring progress at regular intervals.
• Develop clinical expertise to contribute to research and publish research articles.

Requirements

• Graduation in Physiotherapy.
• Masters in Physiotherapy.
