About the role
We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to support our Head of User Operations and two other executives across the operations function.
Responsibilities
- Own complex scheduling across multiple senior leaders and stakeholders
- Prioritize ruthlessly to ensure time aligns with business impact
- Push back when needed to protect focus and optimize leadership bandwidth
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics
- Manage expenses through Ramp with accuracy and timeliness
- Draft, edit, and refine internal communications, presentations, and leadership updates
- Help leaders articulate strategy, summarize meetings, and drive follow-ups
- Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous inputs and fast-moving discussions
- Help keep key meetings, planning cycles, and cross-functional touchpoints on track
- Partner closely with Recruiting to ensure interview days run smoothly and efficiently
- Support offsite planning for the GTM teams, including venue sourcing, hotel contract negotiations, and travel coordination
- Oversee event catering and restaurant reservations, managing budgets and vendor relationships to deliver seamless team-building experiences.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment

- Slack-native and comfortable operating in fast, async environments

- Growth mindset with a willingness to continuously improve systems and processes
