About the role

The Executive Assistant is responsible for a variety of complex executive responsibilities for the Vice President of the Business Unit and other key staff members of the leadership team. This position requires communication with high-level internal and external contacts, exposure to and management of sensitive information, and a high level of tact, diplomacy, initiative, planning ability, anticipation, discretion, and sound judgment. The role frequently functions as an extension of the Vice President and presents “the face of the Business Unit” to ADI C-Suite leadership, customers, and employees. The ideal candidate possesses solid business acumen, can connect multiple inputs into a cohesive picture, and executes actions in a timely and appropriate manner.

Responsibilities

  • Handles, interprets, organizes, and prepares information and correspondence via email, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SharePoint sites.
  • Screens incoming information and responds in a timely fashion, escalating to VP attention when appropriate.
  • Manages a dynamic calendar for the VP and the Business Unit, coordinating with ADI company meeting and communications cadences.
  • Plans heavy travel, schedules meetings, and coordinates periodic events with internal and external participants from the US, Europe, and Asia.
  • Serves as a liaison between the VP, Senior VP, and others, following up on projects, deliverables, and prioritizing action items.
  • Analyzes and presents company-reported data in partnership with HR, Finance, and other departments.
  • Contributes to the curation of social media and web presence for the VP and Business Unit.
  • Maintains Resource Directories, SharePoint and OneDrive sites, organizational charts, and other reporting systems.
  • Performs other duties, projects, or special assignments as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience can be considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of Executive Assistant support for VP+ level in a public enterprise organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on grammar and syntax.
  • Experience working with international stakeholders and managing communications with globally distributed teams.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office 365 applications and enterprise technologies (e.g., device management, collaboration tools, AI productivity tools like Microsoft Copilot and Claude).
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience interacting with international executives and corporate entities outside the U.S.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows in a highly dynamic business environment.

For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices may need to obtain export licensing approval. Applicants—except U.S. Citizens, U.S. Permanent Residents, and protected individuals—may undergo an export licensing review process.

Pay

The expected wage range for this position is $86,400 to $118,800. Actual wage offered may vary based on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors. This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus.
