About the role
The Executive Assistant to the President is responsible for providing administrative support to the President, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Responsibilities
- Manage the President’s schedule and coordinate travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings and presentations
- Coordinate logistics for events and conferences
- Support the President in preparing speeches and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an executive assistant role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience working with high-level executives
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of event planning and coordination
Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Google Workspace

$75,000 annually
Schedule
