Job Description

• Executive Assistant (EA): Serve as the right hand to the Executive Director, supporting his calendar, communications, and priorities with precision.
• Donor Advisor: Cultivate, solicit, and steward donor relationships and aid in developing fundraising strategies.
• Regional Community Manager (RCM): Equip volunteers, build community, and ensure long-term success for YCP chapters.
• Intern: Manage and create transformative events that inspire and connect.

Requirements

• Hightly organized and detail-oriented
• Professional development and faith formation experience
• Highly self-motivated, mission-driven, independent, and eager to enter into a journey of professional development, spiritual growth, and self-discovery
