A day in the life

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to assigned executive leader(s) and/or functional areas, serving as a trusted administrative partner who enables leaders to operate effectively through proactive management of priorities, communications, logistics, and administrative workflow. This role serves as a confidential administrative partner, supporting calendar management, executive communications, meeting logistics, travel coordination, expense reporting, stakeholder coordination, and selected special projects. The role may also provide secondary backup support to other executives or functions as part of the company’s EA coverage model. Depending on assignment and business need, the role may include defined coordination responsibilities such as HQ event coordination, onsite meeting support, or other administrative workstreams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Experience with calendar management and scheduling software
  • Ability to manage travel arrangements and expenses
  • Knowledge of basic administrative procedures and practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative or executive support role

Skills

  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and handle confidential information with discretion

Salary range for U.S locations (USD): 80,000 - 90,000 per year. Pay
