About the role
This role provides operational and administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer. Duties include managing travel, expenses, meeting logistics, and distribution of materials. The Executive Assistant supports the Chief Financial Officer and team in enhancing efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Process expenses, invoices, and outside service costs
- Cook up and prepare reports and correspondence
- Manage travel and itineraries
- Handle informational inquiries and redirect them to the appropriate team member
- Support standing management-led meetings and events
- Manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail and good judgment
- Anticipate and respond to requests by modifying plans based on priorities
- Provide a wide range of administrative support that enhances the efficiency of the Chief Financial Officer and business
Requirements
- College diploma/University degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience providing executive support
- Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and OneNote
- Experience in working within fast-paced, complex, dynamic, multi-cultural business environments
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Exemplary judgement and discretion, demonstrating the ability to work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential issues
- Thorough knowledge of general office practices; resourcefulness in gathering data and getting answers to questions
- Detail orientated with the ability to work efficiently with complex information
- Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment including a proven ability to meet aggressive deadlines
- Motivated to learn new skills in a spirit of continuous improvement and personal growth
- Proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude and will jump in to support others as needed
Qualifications
- Proficient with billing, travel and expense management systems
- Thorough knowledge of general office practices; resourcefulness in gathering data and getting answers to questions

Pay
$85,500 USD - $158,700 USD
Schedule
Hybrid work model (2-3 days a week in the office depending on the role)
