Executive Assistant to the CEO
About the Role
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to become a trusted partner to the CEO and help drive organization, accountability, and execution across the company. This is more than a traditional administrative role—you will help transform ideas into action, coordinate projects across departments, and ensure important initiatives stay on track. You’ll gain exposure to every aspect of a growing technology company, including software development, sales, marketing, customer success, accounting, and HR.
This position is a backfill for the first Executive Assistant hired at Savance, who grew into a broader leadership role and now serves as our Chief of Staff and Operations. We view this position as a platform for growth, offering exposure to every aspect of the business and the potential to take on increasing levels of responsibility and future leadership opportunities.
About the CEO
The President/CEO of Savance is also one of the original founders. He is highly dedicated, hardworking, and sets a high bar for himself and his team. He motivates by example and expects a lot, but holds himself to the same standards. The right candidate will be comfortable working with someone who has an A-type personality, thrives on turning ideas into action, and values hard work and execution. Your role will be to build trust, take on tasks, and free up the CEO to be better organized and more productive.
About the Company
Savance is a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment that is also fun and rewarding. We thrive as a team and look for people who are the right fit—those who love to be challenged, seek opportunities to develop their skills, and are confident yet humble. We work alongside smart, independent, and self-motivated individuals who get along well with others. If you have a can-do attitude and seek a challenging, rewarding position with a great team, Savance is the place for you.
