About the role

The role of Executive Assistant to the CEO involves providing administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s schedule and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and faxes
  • Organize and prepare meeting materials and agendas
  • Coordinate events and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed
  • Oversee the maintenance of the CEO’s office and ensure all equipment is functioning properly

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of executive assistant experience
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience working with high-level executives
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Knowledge of travel and event coordination
  • Experience with calendar management software

Skills

Pay

$60,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
