About the role

The Executive Assistant to the CEO is responsible for managing administrative tasks, organizing calendars, managing travel arrangements, coordinating meetings, and supporting the CEO in various projects. The role requires discretion, confidentiality, and strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, manage, and maintain the CEO’s calendar
  • Attend regular meetings to discuss priorities
  • Manage all business travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Utilize Concur for expense management
  • Build relationships with colleagues and staff
  • Coordinate with the security team for travel operations
  • Handle sensitive communications and maintain confidentiality
  • Support preparation for speaking engagements and public appearances
  • Coordinate with family office staff for support coverage
  • Arrange meetings, including weekly, PI Planning, offsite, and 1:1 meetings
  • Support the CEO and Leadership Team with company-wide projects aligned with the company strategy
  • Maintain project plans and track ongoing achievements
  • Liaise with task owners for status updates
  • Assist with personal task management and logistics

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in high-level executive support, especially within family offices
  • Proven ability to manage complex travel logistics, including international travel and multiple time zones
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • High proficiency with technology, including note-taking, productivity tools, and Google Workspace
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining professional boundaries
  • Background in cryptocurrency or technology sectors
  • Experience with secure communication protocols and remote work environments
  • Understanding of public speaking, event management, and client-facing environments
  • Exceptional attention to detail, anticipatory thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and professional presence
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to fast-paced, high-change environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including professional etiquette
  • Proven ability to make clear, timely decisions in complex situations
  • Experience delivering accurate, relevant, and timely information
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines

The base salary for this position ranges from $105,000 to $125,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Additional benefits include:
