Executive Assistant to Managing Partner
What You’ll Do
- Manage a complex, high-volume calendar and shifting priorities
- Handle expense management and reconciliation with strong attention to detail
- Coordinate frequent travel (often private aviation; occasional commercial)
- Book hotels and manage itineraries as needed
- Provide additional office/operations support as needed (office manager-style support)
What We’re Looking For
- 3–4+ years of executive assistant experience
- Excellent written/verbal communication and professionalism
- Proactive, pre-emptive support style
- High resilience/thick skin and ability to navigate varying leadership styles
- Comfortable working fully on-site in Chicago
Key Details
- Location: Chicago, IL (Loop)
- On-site Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
- Work Model: Contract-to-Hire
- Compensation: $40–$50 per hour
- If converted, the anticipated salary range would be $90,000-$100,000
