Executive Assistant to CMO and CNO
About the role
Provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Nursing Officer.
Highest visibility within the organization, frequent contact with the Chief Executive Officer, Assistant Administrators and medical staff.
Responsibilities
- Supports the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Nursing Officer with administrative tasks.
- Coordinates meetings and schedules appointments.
- Prepares correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Organizes and maintains confidential records.
- Assists with special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent with a minimum of two years of higher education with course work in business, writing, English grammar, office management, document composition, communication, time-management, general mathematics and organizational skills preferred.
- Two years health care setting preferred, minimum of two years secretarial/administrative assistant experience in a professional office setting.
- Experience in letter composition, minute-taking, organizing, prioritizing and maintaining confidentiality.

Pay
Competitive salary range: $28.40 - $42.06 per hour.
