About the role
We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer and help drive focus, coordination, and execution across a fast-moving Go-To-Market and Sales agenda.
Responsibilities
- Own a complex, fast-moving calendar with heavy internal and external stakeholder volume across multiple time zones.
- Prioritize the CFO’s time like a business operator, balancing competing demands and shifting business needs.
- Anticipate conflicts, dependencies, and time-sensitive windows before they become issues.
- Resolve scheduling challenges proactively and with minimal guidance.
- Carefully coordinate domestic and international travel logistics with precision, including visas, multi-leg itineraries, and last-minute pivots.
- Prepare and submit expense reports for the office of the CRO.
- Track budgets related to the CRO office with strong attention to detail.
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, customer meetings, partner meetings, and investor briefings.
- Support the preparation and formatting of board packs, customer-facing materials, investor decks, and executive presentations.
- Partner with sales, marketing, revenue operations, legal, and other internal stakeholders to deliver polished materials for senior audiences.
- Handle sensitive and confidential financial, corporate, and personnel information with utmost discretion.
- Act as the central coordination point for the CRO’s direct reports and the broader Go-To-Market function to keep communication flowing efficiently.
- Prepare agendas for recurring and ad hoc meetings.
- Take notes and track action items to support follow-through and accountability.
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to streamline departmental workflow and cross-functional communications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience supporting C-Suite executives, with CRO preferred
- Proven experience managing complex calendars, international travel logistics, and high-volume stakeholder interactions
- Background in technology, financial services, or high-growth companies is a strong plus
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace
- Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Slack and Teams
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities calmly and without error
- Absolute discretion in handling sensitive financial, corporate, and personnel information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft polished correspondence independently
- Executive presence and confidence when interacting with board members, investors, and senior leaders
- Outstanding attention to detail, proactive problem-solving ability, and a high degree of personal accountability
