Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Chief Executive Officer's (CEO's) calendar, inbox, travel, and day-to-day coordination with a high degree of organization and discretion;
- Prepare materials and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders;
- Track action items, follow up on key priorities, and monitor progress on strategic initiatives;
- Serve as a liaison across teams to close communication gaps and keep projects on schedule;
- Participate in hiring activities, including interviewing candidates and supporting evaluation processes;
- Support financial processes, such as expense tracking and budget preparation;
- Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations;
- Engage in special projects and operational initiatives as needed;
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting a senior executive or leadership team;
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a closely related business discipline;
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace™ and Microsoft Office Suite™;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Proven ability to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and work independently;
- High level of emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and calm under pressure;
- Comfort with quickly learning new tools and systems;
- Familiarity with project management platforms.
