We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Key parts: - Title: Executive Assistant to CEO (Remote) – not a heading. - About the position: paragraph describing role. - Then bullet list of tasks: "As an executive assistant, you’ll apply your professional skills in a wide range of tasks, including:" then list items. - About you: paragraph describing candidate. - Required Skills and Experience: list of requirements. - Benefits you’ll love, for full-time employees: list of benefits. - Compensation: paragraph about pay rate $27-$30 per hour with regular raises, plus benefits. - About our culture: paragraph(s) describing culture. We need sections: About the role (maybe "About the position" maps to About the role). Responsibilities (the list of tasks). Requirements (maybe "Required Skills and Experience" or "About you"? Actually "About you" is qualifications/skills? Could treat as Qualifications. But we have both "About you" and "Required Skills and Experience". Could combine? The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. Possibly also Skills? But we have skills list in Required Skills and Experience. Could incorporate into Qualifications. We need to use

for each section heading. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content for About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. Schedule? Not mentioned explicitly except "40 hours a week during business hours" and "no night or weekend work". That's schedule info. Could include Schedule section. But we could incorporate schedule into About the role or Pay? The instruction: only create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections if posting actually states them. It does state schedule: "This full-time position requires your availability for 40 hours a week during business hours. As an executive assistant, you’ll apply your professional skills...". Also earlier: "As a Boldly employee, your work will be 100% remote and flexible with no night or weekend work." So we have schedule info. Could create a Schedule section. But we prefer few substantive sections; maybe combine schedule into About the role or Pay? However schedule is distinct enough; but we can include Schedule section with that info. We need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for Responsibilities list, Requirements list, Benefits list. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep details like "W2 employment status", "Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, with 100% of the premium paid by Boldly", etc. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes some paragraphs about culture, military spouse, LinkedIn requirement, etc. Those are substantive? They are about culture and requirements (LinkedIn). Should we keep? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The culture section is not boilerplate; it's substantive about company culture. The LinkedIn requirement is a requirement; we should keep. The military spouse support is also substantive. So we keep those. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. So no

      Executive Assistant to CEO

. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft sections:

      About the role

As an executive assistant and employee of Boldly, you will play the pivotal role of providing top-notch administrative support to senior executives in our client companies. You’ll have the opportunity to choose the clients you support based on company and organizational values and your preferences. These are long-term assignments where you’ll create rewarding partnerships with the executives that you assist while gaining valuable experience in a variety of industries. As a Boldly employee, your work will be 100% remote and flexible with no night or weekend work. This full-time position requires your availability for 40 hours a week during business hours.

      Responsibilities

      • Maintaining appointment schedules and calendars for senior executives
      • Planning and scheduling their meetings, conferences, and travel
      • Making travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings
      • Maximizing the executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating phone calls on their behalf
      • Managing multiple email inboxes for executives
      • Managing expenses
      • Providing customer/supplier support
      • Other executive admin responsibilities as needed

      Qualifications

You have at least 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant providing high level support to a CEO or President. At this point in your career, your #1 priority is to join a fully remote company that prioritizes flexibility in the workplace, and that promotes a culture of respect, kindness, and transparency. You are a team player with excellent communication skills and a positive outlook who cares deeply about helping others succeed. You take great pride in the quality of your work; you are proactive, dynamic, flexible, tech-savvy, results-oriented, and a stickler for details! And you do it all with a smile!

Alternatively we could split Qualifications and Skills. But we have Required Skills and Experience list. Let's make a Skills section for that list.

      Skills and Experience

      • A minimum of 7 years of direct hands-on experience as an executive assistant with experience supporting a CEO, President, or equivalent C-suite executive. (admin experience as part of another role will not qualify)
      • Proven ability to manage the complex demands, confidential communications, and fast-paced environment of a CEO or President’s office
      • Advanced knowledge of online software such as Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, and other popular productivity tools
      • Ability to multitask with ease and prioritize work as needed
      • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
      • Ability to learn new tools quickly
      • Excellent interpersonal communication
      • Strong writing skills
      • Ability to work independently and under the pressure of deadlines
      • Solution driven!
But note that the first item repeats the 7 years requirement already in Qualifications. Might be duplication. However we must preserve all substantive information; duplication is okay but we could avoid duplication by merging. However the instruction: do not repeat job title as heading, but duplication of content is not prohibited. However we prefer few substantive sections; maybe combine Qualifications and Skills into one section "Qualifications and Skills". But we need to use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. If we combine, we would have both prose and list. That's okay. Let's decide: Have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications & Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But schedule we could incorporate into About the role or Pay. However we have schedule details: "This full-time position requires your availability for 40 hours a week during business hours." and "no night or weekend work". Could be a Schedule section. Let's create Schedule section with that info. Now Benefits section: list.

        Benefits

        • W2 employment status
        • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, with 100% of the premium paid by Boldly
        • 401k with employer match
        • Paid time off including vacation/sick leave
        • Paid holidays
        • Paid parental leave
        • Technology stipend
        • Ongoing mentoring and support from your Boldly Team Leader to help you succeed with clients
        Pay section:

        Pay

The pay rate for this position is $27-$30 per hour with regular raises throughout your tenure. In addition to the hourly pay, total compensation includes benefits such as a 401(k) with employer match.

        Schedule section:

        Schedule

This full-time position requires your availability for 40 hours a week during business hours, with no night or weekend work.

We also have culture section: maybe we could include as part of About the role or Qualifications? But it's substantive about company culture. Could be its own section:

        Culture

but not in the allowed headings list? The list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Culture is not listed. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., implying those are examples, not exclusive. But we should prefer those headings. However we could incorporate culture into About the role or Qualifications. Probably better to add a Culture section but maybe not needed. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Adding a Culture section would increase sections. Could incorporate culture details into About the role or Qualifications. The culture paragraph includes: "We believe that it is possible to have a rewarding career that doesn’t conflict with your personal responsibilities and life choices. Our diverse team ... As a woman-owned business ... Military Friendly ... etc." That's substantive. Could be placed under About the role after the initial description. Let's add it to About the role paragraph. Similarly, the LinkedIn requirement and military spouse support could be part of Qualifications or Skills. We'll incorporate them into Qualifications & Skills section. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications & Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Now we need to ensure we don't create sections with filler. All have content. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft final HTML:
