Executive Assistant – Technology & Operations
About the role
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Client’s VP of Brand & Creative. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be the right hand to a senior leader driving the global evolution of our client’s brand. The pace is fast, the work is dynamic, and the expectations are high—you’ll help make sure the important things land, the small details aren’t missed, and the big picture keeps moving forward. This is not a traditional administrative role—it’s about being a trusted partner. You’ll help create space for creative and strategic thinking by making sure logistics, communication, and organization are handled with excellence. You’ll be plugged into the heartbeat of the brand and creative team, and you’ll have visibility across our client’s marketing leadership. We are open to candidates who are US-based and open to a hybrid role with periodic in-office collaboration.
