About the role
The Executive Assistant Sr. is responsible for providing administrative support to our Executive Leaders. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be exceedingly well organized, handle a range of sophisticated assignments requiring the use of experience, innovation and judgment, while working closely with the executive and their sources!
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative and clerical support for one or more persons, including work of a confidential nature, technical tasks and projects of sophisticated scope and importance
- Responds to inquiries from our business partners
- Assists in the technical and functional services of the department by providing support on projects, invoice management, preparing documents for approval, preparing presentations, monitoring data, reporting
- Assumes significant responsibility for interpretation of business aspects and project success
- Assists with preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Supervises work of personnel on assigned projects
- Mentors others
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum eight (8) years’ experience supporting executive management
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced knowledge of SharePoint
Other Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Needs advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
- Excellent time management skills, including the coordination of meetings, calendars and travel
- Demonstrates ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Position Overview
