We need to output HTML fragment with headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes Position Summary, About The Work Unit, Key Functions And Expected Performance, Supervisory Relationships, Education and Certifications, Experience And Skills. No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not create those sections.
We need to map content to sections: "About the role" could be Position Summary + About The Work Unit? Probably combine. "Responsibilities" could be Key Functions And Expected Performance. "Requirements" maybe Education and Certifications? "Qualifications" maybe Experience And Skills? But we need to follow instruction: Use headings for those section names if content exists. We need to decide mapping.
We have content: Position Summary (description of role). About The Work Unit (description of unit). Key Functions And Expected Performance (duties). Supervisory Relationships (no supervisory). Education and Certifications (Bachelor's degree required). Experience And Skills (experience, skills). We could create sections: About the role (Position Summary + About The Work Unit). Responsibilities (Key Functions). Requirements (Education and Certifications). Qualifications (Experience And Skills). Possibly Skills separate? But we have Skills inside Experience And Skills. Could split but better to keep as Qualifications.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate (none). Output only HTML fragment.

We need - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The duties are in paragraphs; we could convert each duty sentence into list items? The instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. So if we have a list, we should use
. The duties are enumerated in sentences; we could make a list. Similarly for requirements (education) maybe a list. For skills maybe list.
We need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting.
Let's extract details:
Position Summary:
"The Executive Assistant is a key individual contributor responsible for assisting the Chancellor’s Executive Director for Science and Technology Strategy (Chancellor’s Executive Director) with all scheduling, travel arrangements, and preparation of briefing materials along with management of day-to-day administrative support activities for the Science and Technology Strategy team. Duties range from standardized office support assignments to performance of administrative duties involving high-level decision making and judgement, including screening and responding to incoming correspondence; preparing meeting notes, written reports, and PowerPoint decks; providing administrative and project support to other staff on the Science and Technology Strategy team as needed; and handling day-to-day problems and challenges in those areas. Reporting directly to the Chancellor’s Executive Director, this position requires advanced interpersonal skills to develop and maintain professional relationships across the university, particularly with other administrative staff across Vanderbilt University’s schools and colleges including those in the offices of the Chancellor, Provost and other vice chancellors, vice provosts, and deans, as well as faculty, board members, and external partners. In service of this mission, the Chancellor’s Executive Director and the Science and Technology Strategy team work closely and collaboratively with the Chancellor, the Chancellor’s chief-of-staff and other key team members in the Chancellor’s office, as well as senior leaders from across the institution including the Vice Chancellors, Provost, Vice Provosts, and deans."

- Coordinates with VUIT and other internal or external service teams on equipment maintenance for copier, audio/visual equipment, printers, and computers in use by the Science and Technology Strategy team.
- Independently or in collaboration with the Science and Technology Strategy team Director of Projects or Project Manager, prepares briefings, agendas/itineraries, and other materials for meetings, appointments, and events, including triaging issues that the Chancellor’s Executive Director needs to address.
- Independently or in collaboration with the Science and Technology Strategy team Director of Projects or Project Manager, composes and drafts formal written materials such as business letters, memos, and agendas; proofreads and formats similar documents and PowerPoint presentations prepared by other team members; takes cogent and concise meeting minutes; and follows up on select action items and deliverables.
- Reconciles non-payroll budget expenses including researching and resolving discrepancies, preparing expense reports, and initiating systems input for disbursements and payment requests.
- Communicates effectively and efficiently with parties within and outside the university, including high-profile collaborators and partners.

Education and Certifications:
"A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education is required."

"Minimum of five years’ experience in an office environment is required.

Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies within a complex and fast-paced organizational environment demanding high energy, discretion, patience, enthusiasm, and humor."
We need to decide sections.
Potential sections:
- About the role (Position Summary + About The Work Unit)
- Responsibilities (Key Functions And Expected Performance)
- Requirements (Education and Certifications)
- Qualifications (Experience And Skills) maybe also Skills separate but we can combine.
We should not create Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to output HTML fragment only.
We'll use for each section heading.
Inside each section, we can have
for prose, and
- for lists.
For About the role: we have two paragraphs (Position Summary and About The Work Unit). Could combine into one
or two
. Probably two
is fine.
For Responsibilities: we have a list of duties; we should output
- each duty.
For Requirements: education requirement: could be
or
. Since it's a single item, is fine.
For Qualifications: list of experience and skills; we can output
- each bullet.
We must preserve all details exactly as given, not paraphrase. Need to copy text verbatim.
Check for any boilerplate: none.
We must not include supervisory relationships? It's substantive; maybe we could include as a separate section? But we only have headings list; we could add a section like "Supervisory Relationships" but not in allowed headings list. The instruction: use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., implying those are examples, but we should only use those headings? It says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect us to use those specific headings when appropriate. So we should not create other headings like Supervisory Relationships. We could incorporate supervisory relationships into About the role or Responsibilities? It's about reporting lines; maybe fit under About the role. We could add a paragraph about supervisory relationships inside About the role.
Thus About the role will include Position Summary, About The Work Unit, and Supervisory Relationships.
Now ensure we don't miss any detail.
Let's craft HTML.
We'll start with About the role
Then
Position Summary text.
About The Work Unit text.
Supervisory Relationships text.
Then Responsibilities
- each duty.
Then
Requirements
Education and Certifications text.
Then Qualifications
- each experience/skill bullet.
Check that we didn't miss any nuance: The Experience And Skills includes multiple sentences each starting with capital. We'll make each as
- .
Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "EEO" etc. Not present.
Now output only HTML.
Let's copy text exactly, preserving punctuation.
