About the role

Shopoff Realty Investments (SRI) is a well-established real estate investment firm with over 30 years of experience. We are known for our integrity, disciplined approach, and ability to execute complex projects across commercial, multifamily, and residential real estate. The opportunity involves supporting the Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development/Asset Management and the broader Real Estate team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate development and asset management projects, including tracking timelines and deliverables
  • Support due diligence processes, including consultant coordination and documentation
  • Aid with contract administration for vendors (tracking, compliance, payments, insurance)
  • Prepare and distribute recurring reports for internal stakeholders
  • Support development of investment committee materials (agendas, memos, presentations)
  • Aid with project-related operational needs, including site coordination
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses for senior leadership
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting materials for internal meetings
  • Serve as a key point of contact for the Real Estate team
  • Cook up events, sponsorships, and marketing-related activities
  • Track department memberships, subscriptions, and renewals
  • Coordinate compliance-related processes, including coordination with external partners
  • Aid with special projects, initiatives, and team operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or real estate/development environments. Experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams preferred. Exposure to real estate development, construction, or asset management.
  • Skills & Competencies: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Adobe, Google Earth, or similar tools is a plus.

Education

Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
