Responsibilities
- Supports the Vice President of Operations by coordinating priorities, managing executive workflows, preparing materials, and ensuring commitments move forward through consistent follow-through.
- Manages executive calendar coordination, communication workflows, meeting preparation, travel arrangements, and related administrative processes.
- Captures leadership meetings, planning activities, action items, and follow-up to improve alignment and accountability across teams.
- Provides defined support to the Director of Sales for customer visits, sales events, strategic account activities, and related coordination.
- Captures assigned operational initiatives by organizing timelines, communication, ownership, and next steps while identifying obstacles and areas requiring attention.
- Improves recurring workflows and processes by identifying opportunities for better documentation, efficiency, delegation, and team coordination.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- An associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Office Management, Operations, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in administrative support, executive support, or operations coordination.
- Experience supporting senior leadership preferred.
- Experience in operations, construction, technology, or project-based industries preferred.
- Proficiency with business productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and related systems.
