Executive Assistant

Manage my calendar and scheduling
Help triage email and keep things moving
Book travel and handle logistics
Help with random things that come up (this will vary a lot)
Keep me organized and on top of things

Office Lead

Set up and improve the SF office over time
Furnish and decorate it so it actually feels like a good place to work
Keep everything stocked (food, snacks, supplies, etc.)
Handle new hire setup (desks, equipment, onboarding logistics)
Coordinate deliveries, vendors, and anything operational

Plan events, team dinners, off-sites, etc.
Make the office feel welcoming and high-energy
Help people when they need things
Notice gaps and fix them without being asked

Qualifications

Very organized and reliable
Proactive; you don’t wait to be told what to do
Good judgment and can prioritize well
Experience working at a high-growth startup
Likes being around people and making things run smoothly
Comfortable working closely with a founder
Wants to be in-office in SF 5 days/week
