Executive Assistant , NA Operations

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the VP Office Suite for NA Operations located in Bellevue, WA. The NA Operations VP oversees Amazon facilities across North America, including Customer Fulfillment, Sort Centers, Delivery Stations, Air, Fleet, and more. The teams manage last-mile delivery execution to customers’ homes or businesses, operating 24/7 across the continental U.S. and Canada through hundreds of unique locations. Responsibilities

• Manage the complex VP calendar with meticulous attention to detail
• Coordinate event logistics
• Partner with lead Executive Assistants on schedule alignment and projects
• Manage SOPs and communications for the EA team
• Handle confidential information and maintain professionalism when dealing with senior executives
• Create and update mechanisms and tools
• Help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside the group

Requirements

• 5+ years of senior-level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading process improvements
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
• Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

Pay

Base salary range: $82,700 – $129,800 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
