What We Need
We’re seeking a skilled Executive Assistant who combines exceptional administrative capability with strong project management expertise. In this role, you’ll support our Chief Business Officer and play a meaningful role in progressing key work across marketing-related functions.
What You'll Do
- Work in a project management capacity across multiple marketing functions to track and assist in progressing work streams
- Track, manage and progress partnerships and events
- Schedule appointments, plan meetings, maintain calendars, coordinate travel arrangements and process expenses
- Team player with excellent communication skills; be the “hub” by providing constant coordination with other executives and their teams
- Organize daily, weekly & monthly calendars—and work from a constantly updated shared ‘to do’ list
- Anticipate and interpret the needs of management with minimal direction
- Screen calls and respond to general inquiries
- Be available as needed after-hours and weekends during busy times
What You'll Need
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant across sales, marketing, operations, finance, or other industry
- Polished, proactive, and detail-oriented in fast paced, dynamic environment
- Extreme confidentiality is a must
- Excellent and precise communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and commit details about people and events to memory
- Urgency, collaboration, resilience are all required
- Positive outlook and ability to stay composed when juggling multiple priorities
- Strong MS Office Suite and Apple products a must
Compensation
Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data. $36.00 - $45.00
