About the role
General Atlantic is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director, Chief Information Officer, and other senior leaders. The successful candidate will bring exceptional time management, organization, and multitasking skills, along with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Deliver white-glove executive support, ensuring effective time management and focus for senior leaders
- Proactively manage complex calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements (air, ground, and accommodations), often anticipating needs before they arise
- Collaborate with Executive Assistants across all departments to ensure seamless execution of firm-wide initiatives
- Organize meeting spaces and manage logistics for conferences and events
- Prepare and submit expense reports, meticulously tracking receipts and documentation to streamline processes
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a professional services environment
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Outlook and online travel and expense platforms
- Outstanding multitasking, organization, and critical thinking skills—able to juggle competing priorities with poise and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills, business judgment, and a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
- High energy, strong communication abilities, and a genuine curiosity to learn and grow
