Executive Assistant II, Life Sciences, AWS
About the role
Want to be part of work that's literally changing lives? We're looking for an Executive Assistant to join one of the most exciting, fast-moving spaces in tech, where artificial intelligence meets healthcare and life sciences. You'll support senior leaders who are building the future of how patients get treated, how diseases get detected, and how science moves faster. This is high-visibility, high-impact, and never boring.
Key job responsibilities
- Own and manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones and competing priorities
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, leadership offsites, and recurring business rhythms
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with excellent judgment and discretion
- Anticipate what your leaders need before they ask — and act on it
- Partner with other Executive Assistants to provide seamless coverage and support
- Solve problems that don't come with a playbook, requiring resourcefulness
- Manage travel logistics, expense reporting, and event coordination
- Communicate clearly and concisely on behalf of leadership when needed
A day in the life
No two days look the same — and that's the point. You might start your morning untangling a scheduling conflict across three time zones, pivot to coordinating a last-minute leadership review, and end the day prepping materials for an offsite. You'll context-switch constantly, juggle competing priorities, and make quick decisions with limited information. The pace is fast, the stakes are real, and you'll have meaningful autonomy in how you get things done. If you like predictable and routine, this isn't it. If you like dynamic and purposeful — welcome.
About The Team
This team operates at the intersection of artificial intelligence and healthcare — one of the most consequential spaces in technology right now. The leaders you'll support are solving problems that matter: improving patient outcomes, accelerating drug discovery, and reimagining how care gets delivered. The EA team is collaborative, tight-knit, and genuinely enjoys working together. We move fast, we support each other, and we take pride in being the operational backbone that makes ambitious work possible. It's exciting, it's fun, and it's the kind of work you'll want to talk about.
