About the role
The Executive Assistant II supports the Chief Information Digital Officer and Chief Nursing and Quality Executive at Adena Health. This role is part of Adena Health's mission to shape systems, strategy, and operational excellence that support patient care across Southern Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall administrative support and customer service to the Chief Administration and the Board of Trustees.
- Support Board Committee meetings, educational functions, the Annual Workshop, and Annual Meeting.
- Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork in managing administrative duties.
- Use appropriate judgment and maturity in dealing with a variety of situations.
- Perform functions of a confidential nature requiring a high level of professionalism.
- Interact with Adena Health System governance, executive leadership, and representatives of external organizations.
- Manage senior leader executive assistants in conjunction with management and office administrative staff.
- Supervise and evaluate senior leader executive assistants.
Requirements
- Associates Degree Required.
- 5 years of administrative support experience in a professional environment.
Qualifications
- Professionalism and ability to effectively interact with Adena Health System governance, executive leadership, and representatives of external organizations.
- Confidentiality of information including physician information, patient information, employee information, and Board of Trustee activities.
- Access to confidential information.
- Supervisory responsibilities may include hiring, evaluating, and terminating senior leader executive assistants.
Skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
