Job Duties And Responsibilities
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview. The Retail Wireless leadership team operates in a high-velocity environment where strategic focus is often challenged by complex operational logistics. Supporting three executives in the organization, this role solves the problem of fragmentation by unifying communication workflows and ensuring administrative continuity across the executive suite. Act as a proactive anchor, managing the friction of a fast-paced landscape so leadership can prioritize growth and innovation.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
Establish and maintain refined internal processes that enhance the operational efficiency of the Retail Wireless leadership teamOrchestrate seamless communication channels between executive leadership and the broader employee base to ensure organizational alignmentManage highly sensitive and confidential data regarding travel, expenses, and personnel matters with absolute discretion and precisionOptimize executive productivity by leveraging generative AI tools to draft communications, summarize meetings, and manage complex schedulesFoster cross-functional relationships with internal IT and Facilities departments to resolve systems issues and maintain a high-functioning office environment
Skills, Experience And Requirements

Minimum Requirements Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or universityMinimum Experience: 3+ years of experience in executive support, administrative management, or a related corporate fieldRequired Technical Skills: Must have at least 3+ years of experience with:Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, and Google Meet)iOS and Android devicesGenerative AI tools (e.g., Gemini) for professional applications
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
