Role Overview

This role is responsible for overall office management, creating reports, reviewing expenses, coordinating meetings, scheduling travel arrangements, and securing event registrations. The position also serves as a direct point of contact for top-level executives both internally and externally, while managing a variety of regular daily and monthly tasks.

What You Can Bring

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of office experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A self-motivated and service-minded mindset
  • A strong attention to detail, including proofreading and spelling accuracy
  • A proficient computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel
