About the role
The Executive Assistant, GTM, will support the Head of Go-To-Market and manage the Brickell, Miami office. Responsibilities include managing the Head of GTM's calendar, preparing briefing documents, coordinating logistics, and running office operations.
Responsibilities
- Own the Head of GTM's complex, multi-time-zone calendar and inbox by vetting requests, prioritizing meetings, triaging inbound requests, and recommending trade-offs.
- Prepare briefing documents ahead of every external meeting, ensuring attendees, context, objectives, open items, and recommended talking points are covered.
- Build and run the follow-through system for executive relationships, board and investor deadlines, and weekly action items.
- Draft routine external communications, coordinate logistics for leadership hiring, and own travel and event execution end-to-end.
- Own the Brickell office, including vendors, facilities, supplies, building relations, and continuity planning, ensuring the office runs smoothly during executive travel.
- Host clients, partners, and investors visiting the office, and ensure new hires' first days are seamless.
Requirements
- 3-5 years supporting C-suite or senior executives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Anticipation grounded in business context, independent judgment, diplomatic gatekeeping, ownership and follow-through, outstanding written and verbal communication, trust and discretion with confidential material, fluency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion, and daily working fluency with AI tools like Claude.
- Executive presence with board members, investors, and C-level partners, and a warm front-of-house presence for visitors.
- Comfort coordinating vendors, purchasing, and facilities workflows with accuracy and timeliness.
- Comfort with ambiguity and iteration, a bias for action and urgency, and the instinct to build strong relationships across GTM, People and Recruiting, Finance, and Legal.
Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services.
- Experience combining executive support with office management at a startup.
