Responsibilities
- Design and own the full calendar cadence (monthly, quarterly, and annual) across the CRO, CMO, and collective GTM leadership team.
- Map meeting schedules against global holidays, fiscal close windows, V3, Circle of Excellence, and the annual planning calendar set by the Head of Strategy.
- Ensure sequencing is intentional: the right conversations happen in the right order, at the right altitude.
- Facilitate key recurring forums (QBRs, MAP check-ins, GTM syncs) not just book them, but make sure they run well.
- Own the end-to-end flow of performance reviews across all direct reports of the CRO and CMO.
- Communicate timelines, distribute documentation, and follow through relentlessly until every review is completed and posted in Bamboo.
- Schedule and track quarterly check-ins with consistent documentation — nothing falls through the cracks.
- Serve as the connective tissue between people operations and day-to-day leadership accountability and handle timely delivery of birthday, anniversary and illness related morale.
- Monitor and maintain MAPs (Missions of Aspirational Performance) for all leaders across the CRO and CMO organizations.
- Surface gaps proactively — flag at-risk performance before it becomes a problem, and celebrate strong performance before it goes unnoticed.
- Keep the C-suite informed with regular status updates; no one should be surprised by MAP compliance issues.
- Track individual completion rates and prepare preliminary AIM Award nominations each quarter — you do the legwork, leadership makes the call.
- Own training completion across the full Sales and Marketing organizations reporting to the CRO and CMO.
- Monitor progress dashboards, flag non-compliance early, and work directly with managers to drive completion.
- Coordinate with the learning and enablement team to ensure curriculum stays current and launches are tracked.
- Report out on training health as a regular cadence item — completion is not optional, and you're the one who makes that visible.
- Collaborate with the Head of Strategy to align board agendas to business outcomes — content-first, not calendar-first.
- Run kickoff meetings with the CRO and CMO well in advance of each board cycle; track slide progress and talk track readiness.
- Manage all logistics: travel, prep materials, pre-reads, and post-board follow-up actions with full ownership.
- Ensure neither executive arrives underprepared, overbooked, or without the context they need to lead.
- Serve as a communications hub between the CRO, CMO, and their broader organizations — ensuring the right information reaches the right people at the right time.
- Draft, review, and manage internal communications on behalf of leadership, including team announcements, initiative updates, and follow-ups from key meetings.
- Triage inbound requests, surface what requires executive attention, and move everything else forward without escalation.
- Protect executive bandwidth — not by gatekeeping, but by creating clarity about what needs to be prioritized and when.
- Actively leverage AI tools (scheduling automation, note-taking, document prep, workflow management) to raise the operational ceiling of the role.
- Identify and eliminate recurring inefficiencies in the GTM operating model — if something is broken, you fix it; if something is manual, you automate it.
- Build and maintain lightweight systems of record for the CRO and CMO office: decision logs, action trackers, stakeholder maps.
- Benchmark how the GTM org operates and bring forward recommendations — you're not just keeping the machine running, you're making it faster.

- You think in systems and process.
- You don't wait to be asked, rather you see what's needed and move.

- You hold people accountable without being the bad cop.
