Responsibilities
- Manage a highly complex, evolving calendar while prioritizing meetings and commitments with strong judgment
- Cook up internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups
- Plan and execute detailed domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for league events and key engagements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring clear and professional communication on behalf of the President
- Track and support key initiatives, ensuring follow-through on action items, deadlines, and cross-functional deliverables
- Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and materials for leadership meetings, offsites, and strategic sessions
- Support coordination of league events, partner meetings, and executive-level engagements across TGL & WTGL
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and drive operational efficiency
- Provide travel and expense support to additional executives, representing approximately 20% of overall responsibilities
- Support ad hoc projects and priorities as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives (President, SVP, or C-level preferred)
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- Prowess in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
Preferred Experience
- Experience operating in ambiguous, fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience supporting executives in event-heavy or externally-facing roles
- Comfortable working across multiple business lines and evolving priorities
