About the role
The Barnstable County Facilities Department is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to oversee day-to-day operations at the County Court Complex. Key responsibilities include maintaining high levels of confidentiality, managing fiscal, personnel, and payroll records, and overseeing all departmental accounts.
Responsibilities
- Oversight and management of fiscal, personnel, and payroll records
- Maintenance of all departments' accounts
- High level of confidentiality, tact, and discretion
- Experience with facilities maintenance and management preferred
- Experience with accounting, bookkeeping, and procurement or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Requirements
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in public administration, communication, or a related field, with three years of relevant experience. Training in facilities maintenance and management is preferred.
