About the role

Pagaya is building a leading artificial intelligence network to help our partners grow their businesses and better serve their customers. We are a global technology company making life-changing financial products and services available to more people nationwide, reshaping the financial services ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive, fast-paced executive support for 4-5 key company executives, including complex calendar management, meeting preparation, and follow-ups.
  • Cook up logistics for domestic and international travel, including agendas, accommodations, and on-the-ground details.
  • Support preparation for internal and external meetings by organizing briefing documents, decks, and key materials.
  • Track action items and ensure timely follow-up across internal and external stakeholders to keep operations seamless.
  • Anticipate needs and provide proactive recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness for the leaders you support.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, judgment, and discretion when handling highly confidential information.

Employee Experience & Culture

  • Partner with other admins across the company to plan, coordinate, and execute onsite employee experience initiatives, including happy hours, catered lunches, team-building activities, and milestone celebrations.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador for the office, fostering a welcoming, highly engaged, and inclusive environment.
  • Bring a service-oriented mindset to the daily office experience, jumping in wherever needed (e.g., greeting guests, serving/setting up lunch, and ensuring meeting rooms are ready).
  • Partner with the Global Head of People to roll out broader engagement and morale-boosting initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience supporting multiple senior executives, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. Prior experience in office management, event planning, or culture initiatives is a major plus.
  • Speed & Attitude: You operate with urgency and efficiency without sacrificing quality, and you bring a positive, "can-do" energy to work every day.
  • Organizational Rigor: Strong time management skills with the proven ability to juggle competing priorities across multiple executives.
  • Service-Oriented & No Ego: You are a true team player who is happy to roll up your sleeves to get things done, whether that’s drafting an executive brief or ordering and setting up team lunches.
  • Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication. You represent the leadership team effectively to all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactivity: You think ahead, anticipate bottlenecks, and propose solutions before being asked.
  • Trust & Discretion: High degree of integrity, aligned with our company pace and values, and deeply trusted with sensitive information.

Work Arrangement

Willingness to work out of our midtown NYC office 5 days per week, with occasional evening support for events as needed.

Pay

The pay ranges for New York-based hires are $90,000—$120,000 USD. Pay ranges for candidates working in locations other than New York may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
