About The Role We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Design leadership team, including Vice Presidents and their respective pillars. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work either from our San Francisco or New York hubs, or remotely within the United States. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating complex schedules, and ensuring seamless communication across teams. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner, proactively identifying workflow improvements, managing large-scale meetings, and supporting long-term planning initiatives. This position requires working part-time hours and involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams within the broader Tech organization. The successful candidate will embody Figma’s core values, foster a collaborative culture, and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of our design team and organization as a whole.
