About The Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Executive Assistant to support our Design leadership team, specifically working closely with Vice Presidents and their respective pillars. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of our fast-paced, innovative environment. The successful candidate will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, and serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders, ensuring operational efficiency and effective communication across teams. The role demands proactive problem-solving, process optimization, and the ability to operate with discretion and professionalism. Located in our US hubs in San Francisco or New York City, or remotely within the United States, this position requires working part-time hours aligned with our organizational needs.
