Executive Assistant - CEO
About the role
Terran Orbital is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO & Executive Leadership Team by delivering professional, friendly, and efficient service.
Responsibilities
- Cook up with the CEO & leadership team members to ensure effective communication and task follow up.
- Manage travel plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with program timelines and leadership commitments.
- Serve as the first point of contact, addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain efficient filing, record keeping, and document management systems.
- Manage communications, prioritizing and responding to messages promptly.
- Draft, review, and edit reports, presentations, and memos, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company standards.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure secure storage of confidential documents.
- Promote professionalism and excellence within the the leadership team and greater organization.
- Comply with company policies and security protocols in all administrative practices.
- Foster strong working relationships and coordinate cross functional initiatives that support program objectives.
- Adept to evolving needs and take on new responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Master’s degree a plus)
- 5+ years of Executive Administrative experience
- Solid knowledge of MS Office
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment
- Ability to work under extreme pressure and deadlines
- Flexibility in working hours
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Thorough attention to details
- Self-motivated but able to collaborate as a team
- Strong knowledge of all clerical activities and duties
- Excellent people skills to interact positively with all internal and external parties

- U.S. Person or lawful permanent resident to comply with U.S. government space technology export regulations.

Pay
$80,000 - $110,000 USD

Physical Demands

The job operates in a professional office environment but in a manufacturing company. This job routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and scanners.
